Sometimes,we don't like being kind to strangers or people we don't know well.We think it is a good way to protect ourselves.However,when we do something not friendly,we won't feel happy actually.We are also strangers to someone else.If people don't show kind to us,we won't feel happy either.
Just smile all the time.Be kind to others is not only good for others,it has a positive payback for our happiness and health too.When they experience kindness,it also make them kinder as a result.So kindness is contagious. If you want to feel good,do good.
Be kind and understanding to everyone we meet.They may be under press now.A warm smile is really helpful at that time.We need to hold our disdainful judgment,we should think in their situation.Always remember that helping others is helping yourself.
Be patient to others,take a deep breath and show your smile,we should know the whole thing and then decide help or not.We would want others to be patient when we are in trouble,we know the bad feeling.So never do that.
Make life easier with more understanding and sweet patience towards other's situations.We should remember that the way you treat others is just how people treat you.
We can gain more happiness.Just do it.And don't forget to be kind to yourself.
